Quick Update and Building Move

First, we expect to be able to ship all orders according to the estimated time during the entire upcoming holiday season.  All in-stock orders should ship within a couple business days.  You can see the estimated time for your Helix by visiting the product page and selecting your size and material options.  Just below those choices you'll see whether it's in stock or out of stock and how long to expect it to take to be in the mail to you.  As always, every order receives a message with tracking information when it ships so you can watch for your package every step of the way.  For more general information on the shipping process see: https://www.proton-labs.com/shipping-delivery

Second, where did this mountain of incoming support messages come from?  We've got some catching up to do.  :)  We promise we'll get back with everyone but an issue with our server combined with trying to beat the cold while moving to our new building left us a bit behind.  Messages sent through the contact form on our site as especially jumbled and it's taking us a bit to sort through them to ensure everyone gets everything answered thoroughly.  To ensure we don't have any other issues related to this, we've disabled the contact form for now and instead ask that all messages be sent directly via email to support@proton-labs.com.

Lastly, we wanted to thank you all for an amazing 2014 so far.  We're looking forward to finishing up the year in style by bringing some large rectangle packages of LED holiday cheer to the doorsteps of hoopers!
