Sometimes a hoop can get a bit banged up and need a little love. We've got all the love, tools, test equipment, and skilled hoop techs to take care of it for you. We are firmly committed to both our one year warranty as well as providing any service you may need for the years after. If you ever have a problem you can rest assured that we'll be able to take care of it for you.
The actual time required to service a hoop can vary based on several factors including the type of service needed. We work to complete, thoroughly test, and get your hoop on its way back to you within 3-5 business days in most cases. Note that spring is typically a very busy season for the entire Proton Labs crew. Wait times may be slightly longer during especially busy spring months.
We will always diagnose your hoop free of charge. If your hoop is not covered under warranty, we'll let you know once we have determined what is required to reliably repair your hoop. We'll direct you to purchase one of our two easy service options on our site at that time.
Before returning any product for repair or service please contact us. We might be able to diagnose it without even needing to send it in. If we do need to take a look we'll give you clear instructions on how to get it to us and we'll be expecting it so we can start work right away when it arrives. NOTE: Delays may occur for hoops sent to us without contacting us first.
